• Program registration is only available to pool service professionals. Homeowners and commercial pool operators are not eligible to register.
• Registration in this program qualifies participant to receive a free replacement lamp for each lamp purchased from the date of confirmed program registration
through August 31, 2012
• Each qualifying lamp purchase is eligible to receive a free replacement lamp for six months from the date of purchase
• Any failed lamp will only be replaced by the same model of lamp
• Replacement lamp will be shipped 2-day service via the carrier of J&J’s choice
• Program applies only to these J&J LED lamp part numbers: LPL-2030-110-2, LPL-2030-12-2, LPL-7030-110-2, LPL-7030-12-2, LPL-P1-RGB-120,
LPL-P1-RGB-12, LPL-7030-110-2A, LPL-7030-12-2A, LPL-P2-WHT-120, LPL-P2-WHT-12, LPL-P2-WHT-120-SQ, LPL-P2-WHT-12-SQ, LPL-P2-WHT-120-SQ-S,
LPL-P2-WHT-12-SQ-S, LPL-M1-WHT-120, LPL-M1-WHT-12
• A valid, dated proof of purchase must be provided for any replacement lamp requests before a FREE replacement lamp can be shipped to participant
• Program participant must ship the failed lamp back to J&J at participant’s expense within 5 business days of receiving a replacement lamp
• Replacement program is only available through J&J Electronics
• J&J Electronics reserves the right to limit the number of free replacement lamps provided to any participant during the duration of the program
• J&J Electronics reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time
• Program is only available to participants in the continental U.S.
• Program is not available to retailers, including Pinch A Penny, Leslie’s Poolmart and Ram Chemical & Supply locations; retailers can contact J&J Pool Products
